  • 50 g hard cheese
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • spices, seasonings - to taste.

Preparation

  1. First you need to grate the zucchini, cheese and garlic on a fine grater.
  2. Combine cottage cheese, chopped spinach, zucchini, cheese and salt.
  3. The meat must be washed, dried and then cut into 2 pieces. Rub each of them with salt, paprika and Italian herbs. The fillet must now be cut lengthwise. A sufficient amount of filling must be placed in this incision, and then secured with toothpicks.
  4. Fry until golden brown.
